RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At ROVELI, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all original tags and packaging, where applicable.

To start a return, please contact us at service@reveli.online and include your order number, full name, and the reason for your return request. Please do not send any item back before receiving return instructions from our support team.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as ROVELI cannot be held responsible for returned parcels that are lost in transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at service@reveli.online within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process and display the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without prior approval may not be eligible for a refund.

Sale items, gift cards, and personalised items may be final sale unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at service@reveli.online. We can only cancel orders before they have been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it must follow the standard return process.
