At ROVELI, we work to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed during weekends, public holidays, or high-demand periods may require additional processing time.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and dispatched.
United States:
Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days
International Orders:
Estimated delivery: 7–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier issues, weather conditions, high shipping volumes, or other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout when tracking is available.
Please allow up to 3–7 business days after dispatch for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, we may offer reshipment once the correct address is confirmed. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery period, please contact us at service@reveli.online with your order number.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
Customs Duties and Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other local charges may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.
